What are the shipping times and how long will I have to wait for products not available but on their way
The product shipping procedure begins a few hours after payment, as soon as we have confirmation of payment we will book collection by SDA or similar and delivery generally takes place in 2/3 days (For PCs refer to the technical data sheet), for the products present in the incoming section you have to wait a few days BECAUSE IF PRESENT IN THE "COMING SOON" SECTION it means that they are in the process of customs clearance and therefore imminent arrival, be patient our AI will notify you as soon as available with an email
What are the accepted payment methods?

How does your return policy work?
Our returns policy is in compliance with Italian law. article 52 et seq. of the Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 and is exercised within 14 days following the purchase.
NB WE ACCEPT RETURNS OF PRODUCTS ONLY IF THE PRODUCT PACKAGING IS: INTACT, ORIGINAL CONTAINING ALL MANUALS, ACCESSORIES, CABLES, SCREWS, FILM PRESENT AT THE TIME OF OPENING THE PACKAGE, SO OUR ADVICE IS TO KEEP EVERYTHING PROPERLY UNTIL YOU ARE NOT CONVINCED OF THE PURCHASE DONE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
If my PC fails after the 30 day TZUnami warranty, how much does it cost me to repair it
If you have had a hardware failure for 2 years (but even 5 on some products) it will not cost you anything because the hardware piece repairs or replaces the parent company and we give you the assembly as a gift you will only have to pay the shipping costs which amount to a few dozen. euros, if instead the fault is caused by the software side you will pay the remote intervention of one of our experts about 70 euros for a 2-hour session, but remember that we create emergency partitions for a quick do-it-yourself recovery!
What guarantee do I have on a PC
You have a total warranty on the purchased machine of 30 days with free assistance both remote and from laboratories, after which you will have the guarantee of every single hardware product present in the build from each manufacturer, we do not accept computer returns because they are thoroughly tested, in every single software and hardware part the aforementioned results with dedicated equipment will be made known to the buyer with video proofs, photos, links, certified documentation etc. before sending the PC
What procedure should I follow for a product return?
To start the return procedure just send an email to team@tzunamipc.com
by filling out the form in the "Assistance" section with the order number and your data provided at the time of purchase, also indicating the reason, the team will examine everything in a few hours and will show you how to proceed, as well as the other faqs, we highly recommend you at the moment unboxing of any product to not bother either films accessories screws cables or anything else that may seem useless to you, this could compromise the outcome of the team on the return, test your product, examine your purchase and when you are decided in any way, our advice is always valid both for guarantee and for a your future resale.
Who is responsible for the shipping costs for returns, guarantees and purchases?
The shipping costs for returns and guarantees and at your expense are a few euros but they weigh a lot on the company budget and for now we cannot integrate them into our turnover because we are a start-up that has made great human and economic sacrifices, but the our primary goal is to ship all our Computers and products free of charge .... we will succeed.
Why don't you accept returns on computers
Our returns policy is in compliance with Italian law. article 52 et seq. of the Legislative Decree 206 of 2005 and is exercised within 14 days following the purchase.
Our PCs are a bit delicate and having them travel repeatedly by courier is not a good idea.
But by purchasing one of our computers, you sign a pact of trust with us, we will make you sign a quote with all the possible indications, our and your obligations and duties.
This signed agreement indicates that for the first month you will have full assistance for free remotely and in our physical laboratories, you will have semi-free assistance even after the first month, you will have one of our experts at your disposal who will solve the problems of your pc, but only if it is about problems caused by a malfunction due to our work (this is a remote possibility because we test our PCs very thoroughly with dedicated equipment and software) for problems caused by you or third-party software and OS updates you will have to request paid assistance and it will cost you about 70 euros for a 2-hour session, you will find everything in the "Book online" section.

Yes, we import our products from all over the world, we are always looking for advanced technology and products not present on the European market but very valid and aesthetically wuauu ...
